5º Porto Building

Located at D. Pedro V street, between the centre and the river mouth, with a privileged view over the Douro River, the 5º Porto building consists of nine floors, which six floors are for residential and the remaining three are for parking, technical areas and condominium room. The building also includes a gym and swimming pool.

Enes was responsible for the development of all Specialty Projects, as well as the building's Energy Certification.
