The new residencial building of Mota-Engil, located in the centre of Famalicão, with a view over Sinçães Park, is composed of two buildings with 5 floors each.

Enes team is responsible for the engineering projects (hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, ITED and integrated safety, gas network, acoustics, fire safety and energy certification under the REH).
