SONAE Tech Hub

New office building located in Parque de Negócios de Empresas da Sonae, Maia, for an expected occupancy of 600 people. Architecture by Barbosa & Guimarães, Architect Pedro Guimarães as general coordinator and our participation in Engineering Project Management.

The building has four half-floors of underground car parking, ground floor with common areas and meeting rooms, cafeteria and leisure space, and three-floors of open space offices and small meeting rooms.

In 2020, the Tech Hub was distinguished with two very prestigious awards: the National Real Estate Award event assigns the classification of one of the best office buildings, in Portugal, and the United States Green Building Council attributes the Platinum classification to the LEED - Leadership in Energy & certification Environmental Design.
