Vila Portela Arts Centre

Built at the end of the 19th century, in Leiria, the former Vila Portela residential house is being completely rehabilitated and remodelled to be the new Arts Centre of the city. The building includes areas for exhibitions, technical areas, library, reading room and a cafeteria with access to the garden.

The property includes a leafy garden of diverse plant species, which will provide visitors a relaxing walk and leisure moments.

The architecture project is in charge of Saraiva + Associates and the engineering projects is being developed by Enes.
