Pellenc Industrial Unit

Located in the industrial area of Mira, the Pellenc Industrial Unit is intended for the production of industrial machines, with the factory building having an area of 10,000 sqm. The complex has a total area of more than 120,000 sqm, which also includes offices, changing rooms, a roof deck and parking.

The Project Management and development of Engineering Projects were in charge of Enes – Consulting Engineering, S.A. and the architecture of Barbosa & Guimarães. Construction was carried out by Brita Costa and Full Management by DDN – Gestão de Projetos, S.A.
