The new building of the Certified Accountants Order, located in a privileged area in Porto, along the Douro River, near D. Luís Bridge and Fernandina Wall, was inaugurated on 19th March of 2016.
The original building housed the former CTT headquarters in Porto, and was requalified and adapted to new uses, namely an auditorium for 1.150 people, the Accountant´s House with 18 double and single rooms, and a panoramic restaurant at the top of the building, with a 360-degree-view over the entire city.
The project began in 2014 with an OCC project manager, who gathered the architecture and engineering team in two contests, in which we developed all engineering projects.
In the final stage, we also gave support to commissioning, which represented another milestone in our success story in Project Management and Budget Control.
