Inside the Monte Real Resort, 300 metres from the historic mansion, Monte Real Thermal SPA consists of an independent building dedicated to well-being and relaxation.

Our services included an energy audit to the building, with thermal and energy characterization, energy consumption analysis and identification of improvement actions for costs reduction and rational use of energy. It was also issued the building Energy Certificate, obtaining class B-.
