The Yeatman Hotel, with its stunning view over the Douro River and the historic city of Porto, has 82 bedrooms and suites, all pleasantly decorated and with terraces with panoramic views over the city.
Our services included an energy audit to the building, with thermal and energy characterization, energy consumption analysis and identification of improvement actions for costs reduction and rational use of energy. It was also issued the building Energy Certificate, obtaining class B-.
