Historical building located in the heart of downtown Lisbon, with 8 floors, with a shopping mall in the lowest floors and the 4-stars hotel (Hotel do Chiado) in the upper floors.

Our services included an energy audit to the building, with thermal and energy characterization, energy consumption analysis and identification of improvement actions for costs reduction and rational use of energy. It was also issued the building Energy Certificate, obtaining class B.
